Bruges Waffles Frites - Provo

Good waffles. Good fries. Not my favorite places. The machine gun and the Croquet Madame were overwhelming. Sweet atmosphere. I think it would be a fun date night or late night snack place.

We were looking for a delicious place for breakfast and Google brought us to Bruges waffles and frites. Your menu includes waffle dishes that would be pleasant for every meal along with delicious meat dishes. The place has a picturesque atmosphere in one of the historic buildings of downtown Provo. The exposed walls and wooden tables give a cozy feeling. I ordered chickens and waffles. My daughter ordered eggs and Lamb Sausages with waffle. We haven't waited long for our food. The presentation was great; my court looks like it's name-sake! The chicken pliers were crispy and tasteful and the waffle was so good. It was crisp and soft with an incredible yeasty taste. My daughter shared a bite of her sausage that had a certain savory taste of lamb. We enjoyed our meal and the view of the temple directly opposite. We are looking forward to our new findings and are already planning for our next visit.

Hands down the best waffles I've ever had. And the cream on top is changing. And the Pommes are incredible. People here are always so nice and friendly. Super sweet place, I go every time I'm in town.

If you want some comfort food, this is the place. They have many delicious options to dress up their fluffy, crunchy waffles, but I'm part of their Nutella strawberry pair. You have these spiced fries that you pair with a sauce (see photos), and they have lots of fun, unique flavors. You have other meals like waffle sandwiches, but I would recommend the desserts and/or frits. Overall rating: Take it or leave it in Provo (but ideal for snacks and desserts)

Delicious. Creative. High flavor comforting too. They have a photo of the King Queen of Belgium hanging on the wall... I thought it was a nice touch. I had the Monster Waffle small frites with lemon pepper dill sauce... SO FULL! Heavenly.
