Nassau Sushi - Princeton

The freshest of fish, wonderfully prepared and presented by a friendly staff. The Korean food they also serve is excellent but I can't tear myself away from the sushi.

Spicy tuna rolls and seaweed salad were sensational

I have been coming here for about 8 years. It is so delicious. The sizzling chicken terriaki is sooo so good. The staff is so nice and friendly. Such a cozy restaurant. Hands down best restaurant in Princeton!

Almost everything can be made vegetarian. The La Bok Ki was really good. A noodle, rice cake dish. It was savory, warm and even had a little spice to it. The Kimchi Jigae was okay came with a soup starter but overall not as good as the La Bok Ki.

It was a drizzly day in Princeton and by lunch time we were all wanting warm soups and this was the perfect place to go. High recommend the seafood pancake, French roll, soft tofu stew and the udon. They were busy even though we were there a little after the lunch rush and can tell it is a local favorite.
