The Waupoos Pub Market & Eatery

The food at this restaurant is expertly crafted, yet not overly elaborate or pretentious. It is simply incredibly delicious. We were impressed by the fantastic chicken liver pate and meringue, as well as the unique flavors of thyme lemonade and trout rillette.

We visited this restaurant on a quiet Thursday in December and were the only guests. Despite this, everything from the service to the ambience to the food and drinks was exceptional. There was no indication that we were the only ones there, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We frequently dine at Stella's Eatery and are consistently impressed by the skilled chef and kitchen team. The menu, featuring locally sourced ingredients, is both intriguing and original. The staff is courteous and efficient. A visit to this restaurant is a must for anyone in PEC.

Stella’s Eatery is a gem in PEC! We came here for brunch in October on a sunny day when you can see the fall colours and the weather is still nice to eat outside. Having come all the way from Toronto, we were greeted by the friendly staff in a quaint little restaurant, seated outside. It was brunch and I was delighted to have a Caesar with some horseradish, which was on point. It complemented perfectly my sunny side eggs with thick, crispy, and soft pork belly pieces basking in the blueberry jam. All in all, the place was a great discovery and I am excited to go back!
