It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Duxburys from visiting their fantastic showrooms, the no pressure sales assistance from Emma and her Mum, the lovely cafe and the very prompt and polite delivery driver. Thank you to the whole team.

We had an issue with the delivery. Basically Duxsbury had to use an independent courier to deliver our furniture as they did not have one of their own vans in our area. Courier did not turn up on the arranged date. This cost me 2 days pay waiting in, so not happy with that. I contacted the couriers directly and was told that Duxsbury gave them the wrong size of the pallets so wouldn’t fit on their truck. They eventually delivered at 4:30pm the following day. Furniture is as expected good quality and looks fab (cushions are very hard though, not particularly comfy. Hopefully they will soften with use). Good price from Duxsburys.
