Bidrage med feedbackThe location of the Prescott Valley rocks. good food, lively staff! A bit expensive, but this is the new normal..
Door locked at 10:24. Hours say 10:00 and open. Even at 10:30 a.m. when the doors were open, they had to wait 5-7 minutes until they prepared things. The food was in the bowls since 10:00 when I got locked in the doors. Chincy quantity of entrees and chow my/rice. Come on, guys, it's noodles and rice. The least you can do is fill the chow my and rice when you will be on the duck Chincy. I had maybe 4 pieces or orange chicken, 4 bites Kung pao and maybe 4 or 5 pieces chicken beans. Chow mine didn't even fill the room for it. This WAS better panda, but the one downtown Prescott has increased and has improved to the better. With all the places to eat here in the Prescott Valley, this will not be on my radar the next time. You don't even have a drive-thru for us disabled. ALSO- tried to use a gift card I knew had money on it. The girl told me it was a zero balance and would I like the card back? Of course I said. When I came home, there were 47.40 in this gift card that she printed a reception and said it was zero. How many other people say that there is a zero balance if there is actually still money on them?
Someone has to see the cameras. We had dinner tonight at 8:42 and asked the staff when you close, they said 9:30, but they were out of more things then they had, but we were hungry, so we ordered. When we started eating one of our employees, we decided to mop the floor and even mop over another patron. If you do not say nearby, 9:30 operate your exercise as normal or near 9.......
Great teamwork, courtesy, positivity. Wonderful working team tonight. Clean, fast, great amount for such a good price in these times. very happy.
I would never waste my good earned money here. I asked the Manager if he could help a disabled person by accomodating with a curbside order(which mind you says in the ad here dine-in drive-thru to which there is none. Dine in or delivery through other methods is yhe only way they do business) the Manager an Asian Male flatout said no we can't help. Well then me and my friends will find somewhere else to spend our money. This place is NOT ADA friendly. Its a sad shame when a Veitnam Vet can't get a meal brought out to the van he lives in.
