Shannon's Gourmet Cheesecakes

I ordered one slice of Italian cream cheesecake, give the man the owner)a $10 bill, he puts it in the tills and walks away... So I 'm thinking ? was that slice 10 bucks? No change left for a tip I guess I 'll use my debit next time). Then a sweet young girl comes out, hands me my Tiny piece o cheesecake n says thank you. I was embarrassed to ask,but I did anyway. She replied that slices are $6.99. I told her what happened w the man originally taking my $10 n just walking away. She said oh, he does that a lot .So stay alert if you 're craving cheesecake people, lol... I got my change back finally n gave HER the tip...

Incredibly cute little shop. Got a killer italian sub and a diet pepsi and the staff were very kind and passionate people. Highly recommend. Stopped in on my way to Flagstaff from Phoenix for a cruise and the place was perfect to take a quick break in.

Marcos in the evening was exceptional! Wonderful customer service and very pleasant! Keep up the great work!! I work for AAA Taxi and think he does a phenomenal job!!

No gold stars for this place. Ordered through Google on a to go order and the red head lady behind the counter at lunch today 3/22 was so rude I should have walked out. She told me never to order off Google again they do not do Google orders! The lemonade tasted like pure sugar water and I paid 30 bucks for two dry slices of old cheesecake and a burnt chicken wrap! I can not stress enough how terrible I was treated! I should have walked out not even ordered! Money wasted!

Recently I had a birthday, and for it my wife went to Shannon 's to get me a cheesecake for my party. While there, the manager offered her to have the party at the establishment on Sunday even though they are technically closed....with the only caveat being that we buy the food like we would as if they were open.My wife surprised me with having it at Shannon 's, fully knowing how much I love their quaint, easy going atmosphere, and delicious food. There was about 15 of us at my party, and the staff on hand did a wonderful job catering to every one of us. The staff 's service and desire to meet our every need was as pleasant as the delicious food they served us. And, as always, the cheesecake was amazing. People that were there that claimed to not be cheesecake fans were quickly reverted to team cheesecake upon their first bites.I would, and always will, recommend Shannon 's to everyone I know. Thank you for being such an intricate part of an amazing birthday. I 'll be back soon!
