Jamba Juice - Prescott

5 stars for customer service and delicious açaí bowls. However, the cold brew is absolutely terrible. Not the first Jamba I've had it at, it's just plain terrible. I love black coffee but this stuff needs to go.

I was so excited to hear that a jamba was coming to the area. Perfect location. They have the full menu that phoenix locations have. My favorite is the ACAI smoothie with added protein boost. You can't currently order from the app but someone says they have a drive thru

The manager, Hannah (if she really is one), has got to have the absolute WORST at handling issues that her employees cause. Being told at the drive thru speaker to pull up to the window, usually means they?re acknowledging you. Not me. I get told to pull up, I?m behind a car. Just wanted to say thank you for the great service today. It took a hot minute to get my order, which I totally can understand. But both employees went above and beyond to make it worth the wait they even gave me a coupon. But the service and friendliness were outstanding. Thank you again
