Pete's Hamburger Stand

This burger is in the old school bland category BUT it 's still somehow tasty even with what appears to be no browning on the surface like it 's steamed. The whole thing is tender, not salty so the flavor of the beef comes through with those onions. Dang it this is begging for some cheese though, I 'm bringing my own slices with me next time ;

A very historic hamburger stand with onion cheese burgers cooked on a water grill. Don't skip the onion as there is limited flavor in the burger. Limited menu with chips and soda. The staff was the best. No seating as it is like a permanent food truck.

Open and run by the same family since 1909!! You can feel the nostalgia here! Cute building, friendly staff and great quality food. It was fun watching them cook the burgers!

Burgers seem way smaller than they used to be. Haven't eaten there for years. Not worth $6.50. Didn't taste bad... just small and expensive.

Bland boiled burger with bland boiled onions. I seriously don't think they used any seasoning. We found it difficult to finish our burgers as they were so bland and wet. Also, there was a long line in the sun to get a burger.
