Huckleberry's - Prairie Du Chien

It was fair. It was at lunchtime so very busy. There were limited tables. Food just, meh. I had a patty melt and onion rings. Onion rings were just warm and not crispy but patty melt was hot and the beef patty thick with toasty rye bread. My husband had the hot turkey open face which he said was okay. Really cute but pricey gift shop you walk through to get to seating. Has beautiful seasonal holiday gifts and the usual touristy gifts as well. Service was ok and didn't want to bother the waitresses. Minimal salad bar with the soups looking quite Grose and unattended. Will probably try elsewhere on our next visit. First timer... Felt like I walked into the wrong place at first because of the gift shop lol. After I figured out it was the right place, the experience was great. Fried chicken was delicious.
