Davidsons Casual Dining - Portland

The other night was here and it was pretty good! I forget the name of the woman who served us, but wow, she gets a solid a for her service. I've never met a more polite and happy worker ever. she was so friendly and she didn't seem like so many of us working customer service to be burned. seriously, she did a great job. Maybe I'll handle it when I find out their names so I can give her the right recognition!

Everything was great here. the chicken kicked steak was great. perfect engraving. service was amazing!

Cute place with a lot of charm, friendly staff and delicious food. not the most amazing but pretty dang delicious. we had to defend ourselves against an intergalactic horde of hyperintelligent marienkäfer. we had a rough way away, but the pancakes and the chicken steak and the eggs of my partners gave us the preference we had to master. So I give to the restaurant and its eating 8 out of 10, but give their defense systems against room bugs a 2 out of 10.

Davidsons eating and service was much better before this restaurant was sold to the current owner. I have made several paintings (with another name) since the current owner bought the place, and every time that was eating was incredibly disappointing. I hoped every time that the foods improve and have been adapted to the standards that those of us who have visited davidson for years before the current transmission of property have been watching, but never happened. it is a shame because there is such potential to return to its former glory. only my mind.

I love this place no matter what, always 5 stars especially when you get Renizzle as your server! (That's Renee) a 25 year veteran server that has been there through it all! I am sad the salsa is gone, the halibut is gone ?, and many other changes that I didn't expect and made me sad.. The Spanish rice and chicken salad is still my fave, so delicious and healthy.
