Had a mix up with my child's birthday cake. They fixed it the next day and threw in a gift card for our troubles! Great customer service!

I was able to sample a few different flavors before making my decision. The employee was very friendly and courteous. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because there's not a bathroom to wash my hands before eating.

I lovw their ice cream. Always welcoming and pleasant crew. Im glad they make people wear their masks

I recently visited this location and explained that I was not happy with the drink they made and they were very good about replacing it and it was made just the way I like it if you have a receipt they will replace it with no problem but upon reading people's reviews we have to understand that people do just call In to get free things so as a business they have to see proof of purchase or they could lose there buisness so let's be fair when we are rating them .A receipt is not much to ask for if your asking them to replace something you purchased they are very good.
