Islands Fresh Mex Grill - Porters Neck

Visited here for the first time on the 4th of July with my mom. It was crowded but the entire crew treated everyone with great service and the food was delish. Came back today with my mom and brother and Tavon took care of my family with great care and remembered us. This location is way better than other locations I’ve visited. The service is fast and the food is yummy prices are reasonable with many options to choose from. Great job Tavon and I couldn’t get the name of the guy working with him but they worked excellent together and got the line down in a professional manner.

Busy week. July 4th. Maybe it was not the best time to go. Mistakes on out take out order and food quality was just off. Other locations are very good. This one was not as good.

We were skeptical at first, but their food is surprisingly super good! Thank you to the workers who were extra patient with my family while we were ordering. It was a little confusing for us, but we managed with their guidance. Thank you!

The employees at this restaurant will make you wait while they serve online orders first. You would think that a restaurant would want to serve the customers there in person first rather than people who are not even there. Don’t know how many times I have patiently waited to be served only to be continually ignored in favor of online orders that just came in (as the line of people waiting grows behind me). If I was the business owner I would be appalled by this behavior. What ever happened to good customer service?

Ate there for the first and last time. Meat was cold and had NO taste! I should have went to taco bell. Only reason they got a star was Because the service was nice.
