Arby's - Porter

They close at 10. I moved with 945 to 6/14/22 into the drive thru.not 10. the girl was obviously upset bc they close at 10. her ton was rude all the time she was passiw aggressiv and interrupted me in the middle of the job to get the size I didn't say in the order she wanted me and bc annoyed her, there are only 15 minutes in her layer. they are literally paid to be at work, and I'm sorry, but I'm moving out the work to two hours later every day. I'm literally not sorry. I thanked her and she closed the window without word. only rude. I almost said something, but then I read the review of the girl that threatens to spit into someone's food. not sure if it's the same girl, but I don't think I'm going back. that's bad. the name of the kassier on the reziot says: author. I tried to read it, but she threw it too fast. I think it said denise, but I can't be sure.

Worst personal, I thought popey's personal was bad, oh my gott, arbys are rude, unprofessional, slow. this is not only from one visit, I have picked up 4 out of there 7 entries, each time was bad and just got worse everyone visit when they order by doordash over eats or one of the apps and it comes from the porter arby their incompetence is why their orders are always late. where are the drivers do not have to sit there and wait to play on those people to the back, this is a manager on the other day making joke laugh and if they ask them for their order, they get a posture, today I asked how long it would be so that I could inform my two customers about the delay he told me it would be ready if it was ready. No one is aimed at them when they go to no one says hello nobody even employs the customers trying to buy and place orders. worst facility. again I thought popeyes was bad, that's 20 times worse and that says a lot. We have a love/hase relationship. love eating, but hate the service too slowly and they still have the lobby out of no reason. the drive-thru-wait is terrible.

They really have the meat! great place for a fast meal.

Pulled up at drive through at 945. No answer, I drove around twice, can’t see anyone inside. Their dining room is closed. Terrible management a waste of a drive.
