Mcdonald's - Port St. Lucie

It seems that their new store policy on the drive thru, is for all to park it. There are so many cars parked that employees have difficulty getting orders on the right cars. Here's an idea. Get your act together in the store. There is no reason to park someone and wait for 2 Cheeseburgers and a big frit. It's not like one of him was fresh when he was received. If you 're line works right, it would be less time to make the order than to deliver it to the parking lot. This McDonald 's always had slow service. I wonder if they are trying to cheat the window timer to falsify their drive through reviews.

The service here is especially bad from the staff management. I ordered through the online app and when I discovered missing items, I had to go through the drive-thru, wait until it was my turn to move into the window, just to be given a setting for my missing items. The manager himself through a bag of my missing items in my window and went madly away. When I came home, of course, the rest of my order was cold with the exception of the bag of missing items. And in order to complete this bad experience, the Pommes were not salted. Bad service as well as quality of food and yet we pay the full price for it. Very disappointed and discouraged to have experienced this from an actual manager. Someone to lead and set the example for others.

We were denied at 23:30. We tried to order thru in the drive when someone came to the speaker and said they were closed. Pre-COVID, I think they used to be 24 hours. Now they close at 12:00 and we were denied service at 23:30. Nice to see, McDonald?s keeps the tradition of being the worst fast food chain. We went down to Wendy's street, who was open, and had fantastic service.

Order. Wanted to move into a parking lot because the order was not ready. 16 minutes. Went back thru the line asked for my order and it was enough to be cold. I'm sure it just sat there for what is known for, how long. Will not return. Problems every time we go to this McDonald.

Please dont waste your time going to this location. They are rude from the cashier to the manger. Ordered drive thru i was short 2 sandwiches. The lady couldnt speak english. The manger came took my bad and re handed it to me saying it was compelte. Still one sandwich short. I had to go inside the manger pulled them all out unwrapping them. All she had to do was count and see I was one short. She then had an attitude throw them all in the bag at that point I wanted a refund. She was speaking spanish about me and i could understand.
