Dairy Queen - Port Perry

Cakes are the best in the city, love the middle part. only the operation of thru drive thru, but service was fast.

The waiter did not wear a mask or face shield. I am not sure how this is allowed, particularly during food preparation. Perhaps they should adhere to proper COVID rules.

Buy an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday when the lid was taken off to write on the note that a huge build-up of ices along the side, the manager assured me 3 times that the cake would be good...and that they are made daily. manager also said that the ice build-up was opened by the freezer doors and too many paints were closed by the customers, it does not help that it felt like extremely hot in the load like over 80°, that she felt sick at her magenmantel or not. I bought a cake and then no one would eat it because it tasted disgusting freezer burned all the way through ice-cream, it was thrown into the garbage, which was a waste. I will never return to port perry milk queen ever again this cake was in the deep cooler wise too long, it was not made daily!

Through the drive thru and order a small skor blizzard with extra skor, an order that I have placed several times on other places. I was absolutely shocked when I reached the window and said my order was almost $8. I've never paid so much to other places for a mid-blizzard, never mind. will not be back to this place.

This Dairy Queen is not part of the regular franchise. If you’re looking for a regular ice cream it is good.. however they do not honour any coupons and are rude when questioned. Very poor customer service and make their own, inconsistent hours. My family...has been coming here for years but have been disappointed since it changed owners. Go across the road, when I told them Dairy Queen wouldn’t honour my free birthday blizzard they gave me a free cone.
