A first class trip to Neapoli. We wanted to test this new pizzeria, which friends had warmly advised us, we came to 4, late on a Friday and we were very well welcomed, with a great friendliness and a smile well visible despite the mask worn by the staff. the room is small, 20 covered at the most, minimalist but neat decoration. the oven immediately draws the gaze. Once installed, we have been served with a bunch of cranessins, we immediately feel the passion of service at the back of the car and a lot of generosity. the atmosphere of the restaurant is very warm and intimate it is also a family business, pizzaiolo, very friendly also is equally passionate about its profession and is no other than brother. so you feel like at home, the team members are genuine Neapolitans of origin passionate about their craft and it feels in every detail. Sicilian wine has been perfectly advised, a feast. pizza is large, beautiful, garnished, ingredients are of first choice. and what to say of the paste?! crispy and mellow at a time, digest as in italia. We had no idea of having to take the plane to eat a pizza, it is no longer necessary. desserts are homemade, I took a chocolate mousse, it was greedy and light at a time, my children and my spouse shared a pizza with nutella that it was impossible for me not to taste. It was with a limoncello and a deca offered by the boss that our first experience at nonna maria ended, we enjoyed it from beginning to end. and each of them left a well-deserved tip with my spouse. We will come back and make this place known to our friends, a breath of air that has reminded us of our stay in positano.
Very beautiful decoration, sober and class. Pizzas are cooked in wood fires in a beautiful copper oven. They're brought on wooden boards. the carpet is fine and mellow, and the crust is very tender. The calzone is perfectly closed. very chosen ingredients. The only dish is that our appetite is not infinite.
