Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a meal for delivery. Door Dash did not deliver although I received text messages that it was delivered. I did not received responses to my text responses explaining that my meal was not delivered. I called the restaurant 4 times, followedvoice prompts to talk to the cafe and each time was tranferred to a ringing line that ultimately disconnected me...I will not beordering again.
They got my order wrong. I had to return and have them remake my food. Everything was correct on my receipt. This seems to happen 50% of the time.
After shopping with the idea that this would have been and gone. that was pretty accurate, but not quite exactly. no worries, it turned out, okay, because they can't count on people who know what they want and who don't step aside while asking about any article on the menu. I didn't know we jumped the line and used her little kiosks to order. next time. we both ordered the cream of the huh with wild rice. this was one of our all-time favorites, so we were a little surprised that it seemed as creamy as it seemed to be used. more of a chicken noodle broth than creamy. space was clean and easy to find. outdoors there are restaurants.
Out of many items, salad was wilted and looked old. Small portions for takeout.
I was waiting in line for 19 minutes exactly, and still no service. Finally when the order taker comes over I have a specific thing I want to order. So I tell the person my order and he says “We only serve those in morning” and of course I got mad cause I shouldn’t have to wait that long just to be told they don’t have it and it just got me upset
