Kfc - Plymouth

On 12/11/23 I visited the Plymouth nc kfc the cashier was very unprofessional and had a very nasty attitude. I asked for a sweet tea I got unsweetened instead wings were cold hard. I doubt I will ever go back. This isn’t the first bad experience with employees food at the establishment. U really need to train your employees better or get some with better attitudes including managers.

Food fresh finally got the right chicken this time. Cashier not friendly at all need to be retrained on customer service. Ugly personality makes the person ugly. No need to contact manager on duty they’re just existing to make a living. That’s just my

Ticket 1085 11 14 23. Charged me for the nacho fries didn’t give me the nacho fries.

This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever eaten (Taco Bell is attached to this location). I don't know if the food was stale, they used old oil, or what, but my food tasted absolutely burnt and disgusting. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

It's so nice to have a KFC lunch, just like the Colonel himself would have made and served. At a time when so many restaurants are slacking on food quality and/or employees not showing up for work, this KFC outshines the rest. Wish we had one in Edenton!
