Firehouse canceled a $400 order and still took the money and refused to give it back. rose and scott are very respectless and both should be fired. I'm sorry. in the e-mail answer they say they spend a refund as fast as possible, but on google, what in the proverb is completely wrong. So I am lying or no and if I lie, please tell us all how much was the refund check for or should I post the bank statement?

Great sandwiches! Have not had one I didn't like and I try a different one every visit.

Was delicious. Little more cost than competitors, but both of us were pleased with our Cajun chicken subs!

I ordered 12 lieutenant boxes for a company lunch and am very disappointed with the result. I ordered online a week in advance and was able to customize each box for choice of sandwich toppings, chip type, and dessert then mark each order with the initials of the person it belongs to. The order was received and made on time, but upon opening the boxes in our meeting I noticed we all received the same chip choice and not what was ordered. Why even ask what we wanted if they were just going to put the same bag in everyone's box? Then I unwrapped my sandwich to discover it isn't even close to what I ordered (I ordered ham turkey and received tuna). Then everyone started to realize their sandwiches were not what they ordered. Disappointed but at least the sandwich quality desserts were good, and the staff was friendly when I picked up the order. I went through a good amount of work and spent quite a bit of money to ensure everyone had a customized lunch. How hard is it to put the right sandwich and chips in the right box?

Went in to get tmobile tuesday deal which states free medium sub with ANY purchase. When i came up to cashier, she told me to hit the redeem button which starts a timer and THEN she tells me that their owner doesn’t honor the coupon and i had to buy a combo to get the free sub. Basically forced to do it since i already hit the redeem button and wasnt warned in advanced. Used this deal at other location before and they had no problem with me just buying a cookie since the coupon states ANY purchase. Extremely disappointed with owners and cashier trapping me like that but sandwich was okay.
