We stopped in after midnight for my first ever trip to a waffle house. They were quite busy and only 3 employees working. They explained there was only 1 server and there would be a wait. That was fine since I wasn't aware of anything else serving in town. For the amount of customers, the employees handled it well, and the food was great. I'd go back again.
