Baskin-robbins - Plano

I'm not sure if they actually sell beer or any other inexpensive alcohol. I've never had a negative experience here.

This place is open until 12 o'clock. good place to hang out with friends

The restaurant consistently closes an hour earlier than their posted online hours. This has happened three times and is incredibly frustrating. They must either update their hours or adhere to their posted schedule.

They make one fall and skip this place together. especially if they order via mobile apps. the commands are always wrong.

Been there twice in last 2 months; Lady behind counter is Rude, Not Clear on Communications.First Time Took Son w/me and the lady behind counter Mgr) overcharged me like $4.00; Rung up incorrectly; Fixed n Got Proper Change.Also, the lady behind counter gets moody, rude if you ask for 2 3 samples for son to try.Not friendly to customers, I believe it is a franchised independent Baskin Robbins.Second Time was yesterday, ordering a birthday cake, waited for cake lady, same moody rude lady Mgr) was there, As I was filling out order, the cake lady wanted to charge extra for 1/2 n 1/2 $10.00) so I denied charge; Full Sheet Cake was $49.99 online order, was told $62.99, I said there are pre cakes that are same and cheaper, the Lady behind counter Mgr) got moody, rude like, and tried to explain w/No Reasonable Explanation, so I told them to hold order, Sat down, looked up on BR Site and Sure Enough to Customer was Right; So I just cancelled; seemed like both ladies were upset moody that they didn't get my order; as they were bad mouthing me behind the counter that I overheard; if there weren't little kids there w/their moms, I would of spoken my mind, but as I overheard, I showed and talked to one mom and showed them the site, she said your right, I would order on line.. .and I explained the first scernio too.....so I talked to another customer about their service and treatment, as they were chatting about my order, me.I would highly NOT RECOMMEND this Baskin Robbins for their unfriendly, moody attitude and treatment to customers, see other remarks/notes) as others have reviews of negativity on this Baskin Robbins.I definitely won't be coming back!!!
