Panera Bread - Plainview

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The baguette I ordered was extremely hard, the "chicken caesar salad" had very little chicken, and the cup of salad dressing was now much smaller in size. Overall, it was a letdown.

I have visited this location several times, and each time has been extremely unpleasant. I always use the drive-thru, and regardless of who is working, they are consistently rude and disrespectful. I witnessed a female employee yelling at an elderly man because he was struggling to read the screen to confirm his order. During my most recent visit, a male employee took my order without greeting me, rushed me to finish my order, and then aggressively handed back my credit card before hastily tossing the bag of food into my car without saying a word. Customer service at this location desperately needs to be improved. I will not be returning to this terrible Panera.

I do not base my judgments on taste, flavor, or politeness, but it is unacceptable to get an order wrong. I ordered a breakfast scrambled egg sandwich and coffee for delivery. When I opened the sandwich, it was falling apart and did not have any eggs in it. The size was also much smaller than expected. The person who made this sandwich should be fired, and whoever trained and hired them should be let go as well. Additionally, the coffee tasted like water. This location, or possibly Panera in general, is a complete joke.

I went last night for drive thru, I ordered the autumn soup because it's seasonal. And I know it comes out every year. It's delicious. , it's freshly made too.

Today I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received at this location. I ordered a Caesar salad and they give me about half a handful of lettuce. I tried speaking to the manager Georgina and politely asked if I could get more lettucesince it was absolutely absurd the amount of food I was getting for the price I was paying. She rudely told me that she couldn?tdo anything and she refused to help me. It is way too expensive for the amount of food they serve. Complete rip-off!
