Taqueria Carnival - Placerville

I like this place. Authentic. It has a spice bar with several delicious items that you can add to your food. Salsas, paprika and my favorite, marinated spicy onions. I had the big shrimp enchilada with green sauce. Comes with acid cream and guacamole, rice and beans. All right. Added onions of spice bar and oh, so good. Yummy.

Short. It was fantastic! We went back for seconds! We have Tacos! Super chips and salsa bar! Very fast and super clean! Not so short. I had (regular) tacos. Like, street taco guy. First round was tripe, crispy with a deep taste! Carnitas, a little sniper and some humidity, I added even more salsa (From Thier awesome chips and salsa bar) Asada, it was just perfect! And last but far away was Chili Colorado! What? It was spectacular! Wing back for another and also tried the pastor. They hacked the pastor finer, then I had before and with this marinade I thought that 's the way to go. Another victory! All the tacos were so full that I basically made a plate of Nachos with all the meat that's out! The kids are so picky... they have made some really simple quesadillas for them. Then they tried with the power of bribe some extra meat from my tacos and earned one of the most beautiful churros I have ever seen. Then for the first time they sat in silence all day. All pull the Silencing forces of El Churro! It was really covered. You definitely have customers again! At least 1/3 of the cartridges were greeted with names at their tables. We were checked by everyone. We had a great experience! Can't wait to be over again! Thank you. Go on!

Late night, long day of a reconstruction project, time to eat. We stumbled in an orderly way too much food, drink etc. These people knocked out dinner from the park, great food, best service ever we chew through the left over 2 days later. Don't miss giving these people an attempt. Good work!

Everyone said it was the best Mexican food. And although the place was clean and had a large menu and many salsas, and a great taste my experience was not very good. I ordered the chili verde wet burrito and got all tortilla, beans and rice with very little meat. Half of the Burritos had no meat and the second half had very little meat. That basically paid 14 bucks for a bunch of rice and beans. Well, I gave this place a second attempt and got the chili verde plate and it was very good. They could still have a little more meat, but it was enough for me, a burnt eater, but maybe a big eater would want more?

Great selection of food. One of the best Mexican restaurants I have had in the area. They have a great outdoor sitting area as well. Service was great, definitely recommend trying it if you have not.
