I love sandwiches. Only complaint is that they invite background music. I can't have a decent conversation without screaming. This causes others to scream around you too. Had ordered another round of drinks, but decided to go somewhere where we could talk.

We ordered takeout at 4:45 and the online portal said it would be ready at 5:30. When we confirmed the order, the time changed to 6:30 for two sandwiches. I went to the restaurant at the original time and they said my food was not ready for another hour. I went and decided to cancel the order and the phone line was never busy. Note that you have a bait and change the wait time and then no way to cancel your order online and the phone line is constantly busy, We gave up and ordered food from another restaurant, lose about $30 on the Pirmani order.

I love her white pizza. Very delicious. A beautiful garlic taste with tomato slices make this pizza a treat. About UberEats ordered, they call themselves 18th St Pizza instead of Primanti Bros. While the pizza was delicious, it was very different on both occasions that I ordered it.

We were long-term customers and the treatment of 2 different managers was not a pleasant experience. We have placed an order for pizza and salads. 3 of 4 in our family ate the salad. All three of us were sick shortly after eating the salad. We just wanted to draw attention to this restaurant, not want everything in return. The first manager took it as a joke and asked if someone was in the hospital! The second manager said we sell many salads and no problems. Maybe it wasn't reported. Next time we know it.. We only report it to the health department of Allegheny District!

The food was fine. The personalities of the older workers are horrible. They are not pleasant at all. Shane, our waiter, was very unenthusiastic. There was fried egg on my sandwich which I didn 't order and when I told him about it, he just said Oh and walked away. If it was a one time experience I wouldn 't care. This is the second time I 've gone and BOTH times were not good. The young man who brought out the food to our table was very nice and pleasant.
