Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pioneer

Just left the Caryville popeyes chicken store. I ordered sweet tea, both were unsweetened, a lady added sugar. When I got the tea nothing but sugar came out for 3/4 of the cup. Decided that I did not want to drink sugar crystals I tried the lemonade. This was nothing but water. Tried the strawberry Fanta. Empty. Settled on root beer. I don't care for root beer. Others around me were stating the coke was out also. Order 2 cherry cheesecake pies. Got apple. Not at all happy! Think I'll get a response?

I love Popeyes but I'm just here to eat the food at this one isn't all that great and this poor girl that is getting train keeps getting bitched at by Gail if I'm not mistaken. Give her a damn break your not even a manager.

Out of napkins. Only have large cups but no lids for them. Ordered our food and even repeated our order and they still got it wrong. Fries were cold and all the pops taste awful. They weren't even busy when we came so I'm not sure what the problem is. I will never come back to this restaurant. Next time I want Popeyes I will go to Oak Ridge.

Great food,love Popeyes! Best chicken and shrimp combo with side of red beans and rice. Very clean and friendly. Down side it's a truck stop Popeyes which seems to be priced higher than a regular one.

The restaurant needs to hire competent employees who know how to handle situations when the system crashes. Truck drivers have limited dining options, so when we stop at a truck stop with a restaurant, we expect to be able to eat. Unfortunately, tonight I ended up having to eat cheese and crackers that I bought from the store because they wouldn't even serve the food that was already prepared. The company likely lost over $60 on just the customers who were there. As truckers, we can't easily leave and find another place to eat because we may not find parking again. So, thank you for the cheese and crackers for dinner.
