Ate here with my partner. Very large pizza express. Delicious pizza. Fast service. Lots of ambulances going past outside with blues and twos but this should not be a concern as hospital is apparently nearby.
I would give this restaurant a solid 3.5 stars. The food is definitely good, and the location on the high road in Pinner is one of the best in northwest London. There's a charming, old-fashioned feel to the place. The staff is attentive, but they really ought to use proper pizza knives instead of regular knives that are more difficult to handle.
We recently had a quick dinner with our nearly 3-year-old daughter, and the service we received was outstanding from all the staff. Although I've visited this branch before and always enjoyed good food and service, today's experience was exceptional. Our waitress, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, really engaged with our daughter and helped her decorate her ice cream, which she loved. Both the male and female chefs were also very friendly and took the time to chat with her. I want to give special recognition to the young staff, especially our waitress and the chef. And of course, the food was excellent as well!
Surprisingly good! Pizza Express isn't always great internationally, but the calzone here was fantastic—perhaps the best I've ever had (perfectly spicy). The pepperoni is also excellent, along with some of their other dishes. While it may be a bit pricey, it's definitely worth it.
