Ihop - Pinellas Park

We eat here quite regularly. the personal is always very accommodating, even if my little man cannot make up her mind. eating is consistently good. everyone is friendly and chatting. service is usually fast and accurate, if they are slower because they are busy or supported, they are extremely apologetic. we will continue to visit.

Legit waited 75 minutes and our food never arrived. more than half of the patrons had left the facility and enlivened tables. the people came well after we had received their order. our waiter even asked us if we go or stay after 60 minutes. we went to the end when we saw that several patrons served after us and that none of our commands were even sent to the kitchen until about 60 minutes of us waiting on the stand.

It's too bad we don't have an ihop in Canada. I would go daily. we ordered a few dishes and everything was delicious. amazing customer service. we were served by a sweet young lady xaria! thanks for the beautiful experience!

Terrible! 9 tabs with 8 servers. 25 minutes to ask me what I want to drink. after another 10 minutes another woman went out and said I was rude and I would have waited another server for me. not quite rude, perhaps alittle affirmation. cold steak, egg and then they sent me pancakes! I despise it. guess. you have to go drunk to enjoy!

Honestly, the food here is always good and is pretty on point. The service at night is trash though. Took 30 mins to get seated, never got us water, our food came really slow, check never came. The morning service I've gotten is always good. A lady named Avery I think and a man with tats but I can't remember his name. Those 2 are great waiters. Always get good service with them. If you come, go in the morning even though it's busier just because their service is amazing.
