Sauce Pizza Wine - Phoenix

Service was prompt and courteous. Food was tasty. The air conditioning was blowing a bit strong on our table, but otherwise everything was great.

We arrived on 12/21 around 1:30 when our order said it would be ready. We told the register we were here for pickup, and she said 5 more minutes for the pizza. We proceeded wait over 20 minutes being ignored so we asked again and they gave us attitude saying they were busy and couldn’t do anything while we watched them sit and talk. Our order was sitting in the warmer for awhile. Not cool dude :

Mr Caleb , general manager is an excellent manager. His social interaction with customers is perfect. Base of my today’s experience, I believe he deserves of certificate of achievement as top employee of year 2023 by Sauce pizza .

Great food. Always a busy place, the only downside is it takes a minute for the food to come out. Chopped italian salad 10/10

As a regular, we've gotten to know what to expect when we dine in or dine out. The last dine in experience wasn't great and the food was just off. If I was coming here for the first time, I'd have never gone back. Yesterday we did dine out. The food was just meh...I ordered a chicken caesar pizza and my lettuce was about 50% red/pink spots (old) and there was a crazy thick amount of dressing. My husbands pizza was missing ingredients he ordered. Not sure what is going on, but the food isn't as good as it was a few months ago.
