Dunkin' - Phoenix

I love Dunkin, I'm not sure if people are usually rude, but an employee gave us a discount because we were polite. Great service and great product. Go on.

I'll be visiting Arizona and staying at a local hotel. We don't have Dunkin' Donuts where I'm from, so this is a real treat. It was my second morning there in a row, and I was assisted by a man named Norman. He was incredibly pleasant, very polite, and attentive. He's a true asset to this place! The service was excellent, and the quality of the product was outstanding.

I anticipated that my order might be a bit complicated, but thankfully, we were assisted by a man named Norman. He was incredibly friendly, quick, and patient with my seemingly silly questions. The donuts and breakfast sandwich were excellent, and the coffee was great as well. The restaurant was clean, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend Norman, as he demonstrates fantastic customer service. If I had a business in Phoenix, I would probably want to hire him—just kidding! No, really, I genuinely enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back when I'm in town.

I absolutely adore this Dunkin’ Donuts! Since moving out of town, I will miss the morning crew tremendously. I enjoyed trying all their unique creations and always felt like I was surrounded by family on my morning drive to work. Whenever I return to the valley, I will definitely stop by to say hello to the morning team. If you're feeling adventurous, be sure to ask the baristas for one of their special drinks. Cheers!
