Pho Cali - Philadelphia

Incredible food and friendly staff! The owner is happy to chat with customers and answer any questions they might have. The grilled pork and spring rolls over noodles is probably the best I've had yet. The meat is fragrant, smokey, while not being toosweet.

Pho place located just at the entrance to the Chinatown in Philly. About 15 verities of Pho along with some rice vietnamese sandwiches. Most dishes are $11 12 (May 2022), beer is like $5. Pho is tasty, broth clear, condiments fresh. Based onsuggestions did try #2 and it didn't disappoint with plenty of meat. All service done by a single woman looks like an ownerherself. Worth a visit.

I came here about a month ago for dinner and absolutely loved it. The pho is delicious and Pho Cali has a really lovely atmosphere. Food was served quickly, staff were friendly and overall I had a very pleasant experience. Definitely will bereturning !

Pho broth was decent and had some flavor. Definitely not the best but the bowl size and noodles was generous. Meats was decent. Pork dish was ok as well. Needs some marinating or seasoning cause it was more on the bland side.

A pleasant experience. Small but delicious portions. As a growing young boy, I had to order and consume two pho noodle bowls #16) to be satiated. Nonetheless, the service was rapid and professional, making the experience very positive. The experiencewas also very affordable to the average college student. Due to these reasons, Pho Cali, located in Chinatown, Philadelphiasuccessfully passed the vibe check. Splendid.
