Subway - Pharr

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, with very friendly staff. Unlike other Subway locations where they skimp on ingredients, this place makes your sub exactly how you want it, without any attitude.

I went to the restaurant on Friday, November 10th at 8:50pm and the man working there was disrespectful the entire time. I had never seen him before, but he called me "wei" (a derogatory term) and when I tried to give him exact change, he rudely told me, "NO TE MAMES WEI DAME EL DINERO YO LO CUENTO" (roughly translated to "Stop messing around, give me the money and I'll count it"). Eventually, his friends arrived and there was a lot of inappropriate language and they were talking loudly while the other guy was kept waiting for a long time. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Such an awful experience, too many grown ups were present, however the children were fearing my presence, as to why? i do not know. The milk was k though.

Good food and the staff is great, got served by a gentleman by Carlos, really helpful and doing an amazing job, he had what I assume was an online order with what looked like 3 sandwiches and he was amazing doing the online order and taking our order as well and he did not loose a beat. And got all the orders right and even have me suggestions on my sandwich. Keep doing a great job and thank you for giving great service

Very rude staff!! It's called having people skills and projecting the most positive vibes.
