Bidrage med feedbackWe have known Pescasseroli for a long time but had never stayed at Plistia. Excellent position. We left the car and were practically in the center. I think the restaurant is one of the best in the area. The menu has been studied down to the smallest detail with refined and above all special dishes served and explained with great professionalism. I recommend everything to you. From the plistia appetizer, to the ravioli with chickpea flour stuffed with broccoli and sausage. The fried spinach impressed me the most. Not greasy but crunchy. Super-stocked wine cellar. Great kindness and friendliness. Rooms always clean and warm. We will definitely return.

Traveling with friends and on their recommendation, we had dinner in this place...a very perfect choice! We ate sublimely, tasting various dishes including: starters, first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts. The owner, a truly friendly person, ready to give advice on the dishes and shows himself to be a restaurateur who is truly passionate about his work. Thank you so much for delighting our taste buds. Prices slightly above average but really money well spent. Highly recommended. (Ps. I would like to point out that the photos of the dishes I have published, with the exception of the desserts, are half portions . Food drinks: I refer to what is stated in the review. All very, very good. Noteworthy details: Excellent food, expertly prepared!!!
Restaurant. We tried this magnificent restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and it truly was an incredible experience. Delicious dishes, of the highest quality, very friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere. All the dishes we tasted were delicious: Chestnut flour ravioli, filled with broccoli and ricotta on taleggio fondue and hazelnut reduction. Fettuccine with knife-cut venison ragout. Also worth mentioning are the duck and the pig. Pear cooked in wine as dessert... In short, everything to enjoy!
My experience is limited to the restaurant. Tasty lunch in a warm and welcoming environment with a magnificent fireplace with a crackling fire. The Plistia starter is good and very rich. Advised. Among the first courses we chose the Abruzzo style guitar with saffron, pecorino and bacon: very tasty. The lamb was very good. Good choice of wines. The staff is attentive and kind. Service: 5
