Riverfront Grill - Peru

We will certainly go back. The service was fantastic, the food was superb, the prices are great, it was the perfect day to sit out in the patio. The beer selection was above expectation. There was absolutely nothing wrong with our experience. 7 5 21 Update: Mediocre service, long wait for food, portions were absurd. It was nothing like the five or six previous visits. Does that look like a $12 piece of cod to you? Culver?s fish sandwich is bigger than that. Went from five stars to three. :

Previously rated it 5 stars, but the Italian Beef was below par. Plenty of beef, no flavor, dried out, and only 2 of the smallest peperoncinos ever. I ask for giardiniera, but they did not have it. It should be a law if you serve Italian Beef then you must have giardiniera.

Had Mother's Day lunch and they sat us down, which was the last table that was available. There was 2 large gathering coming in. Food is delicious ???? I love the homemade onion rings! Our waitress was very prompt and on top of refilling our drinks, asking if we were good. Excellent service! Great scene by the water.

Great location, food, staff, and atmosphere. If the weather is good, the outside covered bar is where to be, but inside looks welcoming and comfortable as well. Good local crowd. I didn't get a good picture, but the Italian beef sandwich was perfect. Cooked well, cheesy, the au jus was flavorful, and the bread was great. We were traveling through town, but can't wait to stop back in again sometime.

Super yum! Place was busy as heck but the food was on point. Would definitely come back!
