Domino's Pizza - Peoria Heights

I worked as a driver for the Domino's restaurant in Prospect. Our team works very hard, although sometimes the customer service experience may not always be perfect. We apologize for any shortcomings, but we always strive to do our best. Mary, our manager, is dedicated to helping out when we are busy, ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their orders. We deal with a high volume of orders and sometimes encounter rude customers, but we always do our best to accommodate their needs. Despite the challenges, we work diligently to provide good food and service. If a customer has a complaint and approaches us with courtesy, we will do our best to resolve it. However, we are also vigilant against fraud. Some people may try to take advantage of the system, but we are committed to providing fair service to all customers. At the end of the day, we take pride in our work and strive to make every customer happy.

Mary should definitely be the manager, general manager, or district manager at this restaurant. She was the only employee working today and she did a fantastic job managing everything. She not only took my order over the phone, but she also prepared the pizzas we ordered. Thank you, Mary! Your work ethic is inspiring. I left with a big smile on my face and completely satisfied with the service.
