Excellent eating, something else. I have been eating twice is excellent and the service is very friendly. if they have enough of raclette and fondue, this place has something easier and something else to offer. highly recommended.

When visiting the excellent apartment building we have breakfast and dinner outside. this time we decided to eat hermine blanche again in winter. my wife had raviolis, I choose for the tartiflette. I had never had a better...Tartiflette in my life. prices incl. 50cl good rhone wein just over 40 euro midday midday price and not expensive, as stated on previous reviews

Each year we go one or two after gilles, the owner of hermine blanche and the member of the toques brulees, a unity young and promising chef. the top chef in the wide environment around valberg. it's always a nice surprise what you get and we had a very nice surprise again. an absolute recommendation.

Dès le premier coup d'oeil, on comprend qu'on va passer un bon moment à L'Hermine Blanche ! Le cadre est sobre et chaleureux, décoré avec goût et raffinement, la carte présentée avant même l'entrée est simple, courte et tout respire la fraicheur et l'authenticité. La plaque "Maitre restaurateur" à l'entrée nous dit que l'on ne s'est pas trompé : ici, on mange bien ! On n'est pas à la cafet'Certes, on n'est pas dans les prix du steak frites mais le moment mérite un petit investissement supplémentaire ! La cuisine de Gilles est simple et savoureuse, le service de Laurence parfait, toujours aux petits soins, on ne manque de rien et l'on n'est pas pressé. Une adresse à connaitre, à essayer et à retenir ! Allez-y les yeux fermés !
