Bidrage med feedbackThe absolute only reason why this place got three stars because I love their mozzarella sticks very much. customer service, is terrible. I have placed an online order here, checked in and my eating came out, no gruß, no nothing, the carhop literally didn't say a single word to me. after my eating and two drinks I realized that I didn't get the ranch that I clearly put on order. So I met the red button and asked for the ranch for my order. the same car hop then continues to bring my ranch out again without as much as a word. coffeee was also terrible, but this is just worth a completely different discount. I have this sitting in the drive through line waiting to get my coffee remade and after I explained my question to the sweet girl at the window I understand that maybe not all employees at this place have as bad customer service skills like my carhop.
I'm going to a lot of sonic every day. the personal of this was by far the rude and unwilling of everything I've ever been. will never make the mistake of going back there. I'll say they gave me what I ordered, just not as I ask!
I can't really make commentary to her eat, but her shakes and drinks are fantastic. in any case on a place where they have to take the children every summer evening or every night for them.
We had just came back from a long drive from fort Morgan and we showed up at 11 and waited for 30 mins at the drive thru. No one ever said anything. There was a line behind us, and they just left after a while. Eventually we just left, but there needs to be more staffing, because it looked like there was one person working there. Honestly, it probably was.
Worst sonic ever! Order is never correct and they always have an attitude. The speaker was down and they just let people sit there and was inside laughing and talking. They didn’t know how to ring our order up so they didn’t make it. Then after waiting they told us to order it on the app. Will never go to this sonic again!
