I was not informed that a 20% love for a party of two will be added to a New Year's Eve buffet. I don't tap 20% on a buffet. it should have been posted.

Had silvesterbuffet. eating was at best mediocre. no taste / taste. the pictures on open table do not represent what eating actually looks like and gives false effects on how eating should taste. the hotel is also very drab. will not be back

I have made my reservation on the basis of their posted menu on their website. there were no caves! the provided menu was far and away, which is published on its website. I get the night before nye is not a big night for most, but it was for us, I expected the menu from their website along with the milkshake menu also released. that was my worst experience of 2022. I would have managed all this, but when I asked, they refused to come out and talk to me.

The service was amazing. The food was average and the cost was WAY above average, but it was Christmas night.

Great variety of veggies and meats to satisfy a large group with different tastes and quiet room so we could all talk and enjoy the evening
