Waffle House - Pelham

Came in, sat down and waited my turn to be served. The waitress looked at me, so she knew I was there. Other people came. She was waiting for a couple and single. I saw the time spent waiting (20 minutes) and decided to go. It wasn't full either.

Their bathrooms were dirty and no soap, paper in the sink and no paper towels. The floors were rough, it looked like it hadn't been long. The tables were not clean when we were there. Our food was cold. Our waitress did her best to handle things. It wasn't very well manipulated. The Pelham Waffle The house has to go better.

We went at 1045 on Saturday morning, 24 September 2022. There were some people in front of us. They waited about 10 min. no problem that they sat at a table. We waited another 10 minutes before they got out, they didn't even get a drink order. As we waited, there were about 3 other tables that stood up and went. The tables remained dirty and therefore no one could sit. At this point, 10 people, 2 in my party and 8 other people are not connected to us. We realized that the 5 or 6 employees just went to the warehouse, I even mean the cook left. There was a poor server in April that tried their best and rocked it solo. When we leave, will we go to the farewell? Employees smoke on the side of the building. Waffle House I'm sure you know when a lot of people want to see what can happen before smoking breaks. If I were in a company position, I would turn this place off and do some retraining. Absolutely unacceptable also for a waffle house. We came to the Helena Wea House and are already sitting and employees actually work!

Horrible Horrible. After sitting in the bar area for about 10 minutes and watching the staff, drinking coffee and not giving the customers a second, a server finally looked at me and asked if I had waited. When I said no, she looked at another server and said you had a diner. She said I had a diner? And they carried on and on that I wasn't their client, and then someone else was inside, it wasn't them either. I left. Should do every day.

I have been eating at the waffle house brand restaurants since I was a child. I used to go to them with my grandfather. they were his favorite restaurant he always said, no matter where you were you could depend depend on the coffee tasting the same and the food too. Unforlately it has been very hard to find a good restaurant restaurant to eat at in this area. I live in Montevallo and there's nowhere good to eat here. I am closer to calera But the waffle house there is not very good.it seems rare steak and eggs are difficult for most places. And timing the food to come out at the same time all hot, is harder and harder these days. That being said , This particular waffle house in Pelham Alabama very good. the service is good. the food is good. the coffee taste just as I remember ,This is my waffle house of choice in this area I recommend it for anyone
