Papa Johns Pizza - Pelham

My pizza was made quickly, I ordered a stuffed crust and the product quality was good with the right amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Service was fast and very friendly.

I had issues with one order, manager gave me a credit to place a new one just for me to have the same issues with the second. Nothing against the employees, I’m sure they’re nice people but this location hasn’t provided efficient customer service. Based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Called in an order. Verified location. Told pick up would be 20-25 min. Got there. And they said they had not received my order. But this was all by phone. I will not use by phone ever again.I will add whoever the manager is at the pelham store. He was a rockstar. He was very apologetic. And re took my order and jumped on it himself. And we were in and out. Pretty quick. Wish there was a way to give the in side store operations a grade. He would get a 5* and was the only reason they don't get a 1* across the board.

We ordered the Shaq A Roni 11/29/23. The tv ads worked and we were enticed. All PapaJohns did was slice the pepperoni paper thin to make it look like more pepperoni. Fool me once shame on you. You won’t fool me twice
