No internet service in my room and they are not really important because they are close to capacity. there was no ice for drinks. the soda machine was usually flat without coal formation. the ice machine in the suburban business is out of ice and the ice coolers are empty.

Eating is terrible rooms are ok. dominos pizza supplies.

2 stars because the rooms are large and keep cool in summer when they work nights. laundry: quite standard, no problems kitchen: eating is decent, but they run out of the main items quite often. the chefs are cool. when they arrive in the last 1.5 hours before the closing, there is nothing. coffee is cold at dinner, no butter at breakfast, unless they come there at 3 o'clock, garb and go lunch section: pitiful, dried sandwiches, mountain of jello, never any season to bring. it is as if someone harassed this area at the beginning of breakfast or dinner and never harassed again. gym: no bad facility. again another section that is not adhered to. 3 days straight with no new welding cloths, hands-anitary empty, no equipment wipes. during this pandemic not very thoughtful.

The food is the same week after week . 98% of the washing machines are broken so you have to send a few hours trying to figure which ones work. The day shift is to lazey to go to post office to get mail on a daily basis.

Room was relatively clean, but needed additional attention (dried mud on the floor). Light didn't work in the shower/toilet space. Housekeeping took used towels but failed to replace with clean ones. Water pressure was horrible and temperature control of the water was very difficult.
