Excellent experience. I arranged a corporate meeting at the Hilton and had dinner with 15 members the night before. The wait staff, the bartender, the hostess and the food were all wonderful. We all really appreciate the family feel. We plan to use Hilton Pearl River again for meetings and will eat at at the restaurant again.

When get a Groupon and then find out place is inside a hotel you do not expect much. Hotel restaurants are usually average at best as they survive off captive nature of patrons. I was pleasantly surprised as got good service from the bartender in the tavern part and waiter once sat down in the restaurant. Decor is nothing to write home about as could dim lights a bit more and hide the buffet section. Food was good as lunes willing to cook pasta without the crème freche. Dessert likely pre-made but they picked a good one. Liked had local beers though they were a bit pricey at 10 per pint. My cocktail was well made.

Tasty dinner. Not as upscale as you might think . I would say glorified American food. Good service. It's located in a hotel so don't expect the greatest atmosphere.

Friendly family dining in a Corporate America setting? Quite refreshing! You'd think it cannot be but it's true here!! This was only our 2nd time here. Our 1st visit being several months earlier and we were instantly greeted by name as if we were long time friends. They did their homework but it worked and that made us feel excellent for the whole night. Our server Michael is 3/4th his way to actually being a true professional. He's way better than the average. The kitchen just has to work on getting 100% of the food out quickly hot.
