Bidrage med feedbackTo be honest, it had been years since we last visited a Dennys. However, our experience at this particular location was outstanding. Karen, our waitress, was exceptional. Her meticulous attention to detail and positive attitude towards the customers were evident. I believe she should be considered as a trainer for other servers by the management.
The food was wonderful but as we went to pay, their card reader was down. After trying my card several times then my Granddaughter's I was asked to drive around Patterson Ca to find an ATM. All the while leaving my granddaughter there to insure my return. First of all I'm not from Patterson nor do I know where to find an ATM. I offered several times to write them a check because we didn't have enough cash to cover the bill. I was totally embarrassed by the person trying to do my transaction. Never once was I offered to speak to a manager. PS. Because of that mess I missed my young granddaughters dance Recital. After driving 2 hours to see it.
Went for special occasion,Waited 50min to get drinks, over 1hr and 30min still no food. Asked for food wait time waitress had no time frame. Decided to leave and they made sure to charge me $24 fo 4 drinks. Many people did not have their food when we left. Very unorganized and waitresses were more comfy than we were.
It was good my waiter was a bit clumsy...and when I left I told my wife to get the change and leave a tip... I left 60 on a 46 bill my wife thought it included the tip so we left. And leave the change...waiter didn't say anything and keep it. 30% tip well is done. Good food though
Food is good pretty much every time we go. However tonight was the worst service we've ever received. Sat for over 10 minutes before we got approached for drinks. And spent almost an hour to get our food. Waitress never checked up on us. Didn't even give me a chance to answer her question before she started walking away. Even the cashier girl wasn't friendly either.
