We've been members at Sawmill for several years, and live close enough that we go for the day about once a month and stay on the weekends in a cabin about 3 times a year. Overall we are very happy with the facilities and the way the property is maintained. Our complaint is basically with the reservations and check in policy and the general manager Justin. We had a reservation for a weekend in August but had to cancel as I had covid. We were given a full credit for the 2 night stay, but found out it had to be used within 60 days. This 60 day thing is very limiting as many weekends the cabins are all booked. We were able to book another weekend in October within the 60 days but it wasn't a cabin in the part of the park we like. It was cabin #3, which is right by the pool. The cabin itself is fine, but we were subjected to loud music from the pool area till 12:45 the first night and 2AM the second night! Cabins at Sawmill are not cheap either, especially on weekends. Several e mails to the general manager about this have not been returned, nor have other e mails confirming a change in reservations and the credit. Another problem is the check in procedure. Sometimes you go to the gate house and they have your keys and check you in, other times you go to the gatehouse only to be told go to Lucys and check in.

Suing Sawmill: If you would like to share your experience about the trails, garage, drugs, children, other illegal activity reach out. Share this far and wide. Time for Sawmill to be held accountable. If you need help suing them also....reach out!

I was hoping someone can help me with two questions as I never been here yet? Can I wear shorts and a t-shirt if I want to? And are there a lot of daddy type men 55 and up in age? Thank you thank you so much for your help?
