Ihop - Pasadena

Went there today with my boyfriend, ate a burger, and fries, he had breakfast, nothing extremely special, she was a very polite waitress, not in a fake way either, but on this particular occasion it took forever for the waitress to take our order, come ask if we needed anything more, and then didn't get it completely right, and I understand it's #SundayFunday, plus the holidays are here, I just think it could've gone waaay better considering how much wait staff was standing around.

I like this Ihop. It's really nice. Overall, I had a great experience. They have added a lot of new things to their menu. My daughter got a chicken sandwhich I thought was overpriced and rather greasy. It was around $18.00 for a chicken melt or something like that. I mean, everyone has their preferences, and that's not something we would get again.

The dining wasn’t open but I was allowed to sit down and served anyway, I appreciate that kind of service

The food was delicious I had waffles but butter it was cold it was not at room temp, and it did not melt into my waffle the syrup bottle was sticky but was clean after we ask for another bottle. Our waiter was very good and would come by to see if we needed anything. The atmosphere was very comfortable.

I had the pumpkin spice pancake combo. It was delicious! The coffee was good and hot and the service was great!
