Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Parma

It was our first time at Dickeys and probably our last. the first impression to go in the door was clean, smells good and was empty. the two hired looked absolutely miserable, they looked like they hated their job and wanted them to be everywhere. to our order. we ordered a brisket sandwich (for my man) for his side, he wanted waffelfries and mac n cheese. they had no waffelfries and replaced regularly. the mac and the cheese had no taste even after adding salt and pepper. I've got the texas frito pie, I wish I had got the brisket fritos. I was not particularly impressed with the price. they only got the two stars of us and that was for the brisket sandwich, it was amazing! it was so good that I didn't even get a bite because my man consumed him. but I don't know if it's good enough for a second. as they could see, the place was empty. the Soda machine was down or out? he chose the limonade that tasted like water. So if they decide to go, I hope they have a better experience than we do.

I wish I could give 0 stars, there's $18,000 I'll never come back. burned ends were 1/2 fat on each piece, and there is a premium on them. corn brot tasted day old and went out to get dry, sausage was cold. cole Slav was very substandard, drilling were cold. the person behind the counter as cold as the food, not polite, and complained about the place that told me themselves, they did not want to order co2 for the pop machine. had only one choice of fruit stamp or limonade. I've never been so disappointed with a meal.

This place was great in medina. Parma location could have a day off today. the food was cold and had to be warmed again, soda machine from most drinks. And as we wanted to pour our drinks, the worker tells us that the drinks are flat today. why were we accused of drinks when they are flat and out of half the choice. her answer was “it is from our control”, which is different from the charge for him. two thumbs down, will not be back

So disappointed. Dickeys always loved in the past, but they are totally on the hill. eating was cold and not thoroughly cooked without taste. the evening meal was hard and dried. $18.95 for 3 meat combination and 2 sides to get a very small part of the food and a drink is not even included. bbq sauce was like water. low cost prices for high quality food. Save your money.

Mac and cheese was okay, the pulled pork and burnt ends were good with a little bbq sauce. I could definitely do without the chicken though. The dinner roll was so hard and dry that eating it was not an option beyond 2 small bites. Baked beans weren't even thoroughly cooked, they were crunchy. Rather expensive for the quality and meal portion size. I got the brownie, it was okay too, wouldn't get it again though.
