Celebration Center - Parma Heights

They were wonderful and this that they provided to my family was amazing! I would recommend anybody to them for services. They were kind and welcome to all.

This place is quite lovely for any celebration or gathering you, your, friends, and family need. Great options on different rooms which partition into smaller rooms too. There is a small game room. They have their liquor license as well with a nice bar area. Restrooms were clean. The staff was very helpful for our occasion as well!

I agree with the place needing better signage, as some people admitted to driving passed it. The place itself is nice; I 've seen better and worse. Only water was offered! Staff was warm and welcoming. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because pictures/slideshows are usually an important part of a celebration of life event. I don 't have much time on my hands to begin with and I spent an abundance of time collecting photos. From flipping through albums to screen shots and surfing family members facebook pics. A slideshow of memories is what lights up the room and puts smiles on the faces of those who have come to pay their last respects. This is a once in a lifetime event and my friends even agreed that we should have been reimbursed for something since the slideshow I created was not compatible with what was provided. As the director, it is your job to provide all details and ask the appropriate questions to ensure that the slideshow will be successful. I even asked if I could do a DRY RUN just to be sure that it 'll play but was told that the place wasn 't staffed for that!! I was given simple instructions and then told that because my laptop was from 2017 that must be why the software wasn 't compatible. This is truly unacceptable and I am posting this so that others don 't experience the same frustration and disappointment! I wished I had just brought all of my own equipment and not relied on anyone else. Lesson learned!

Recently held a surprise birthday party for my husband at The Celebration Center. Aaron and his staff were very accommodating and kind, from the planning phase to the night of, absolutely great service! Highly recommend!
