Bidrage med feedbackIt's a shame that I can only give 5 stars, I would have given many more. First of all we showed up with 4 dachshunds and a poodle and we had a super welcome, even more so... at the table there are cutlery holders with the dachshund, so there were already at least 100 stars to put. Then what about food? They didn't make a mistake on a dish, everything was perfect, flavors that you didn't want to drink for fear they would disappear from your mouth, really good! Hosts and staff all 1000 stars. I will definitely return.
A delicatessen that also does catering, with notable (obsessive in a good way) retail research. The design is taken care of from the smallest aspects, e.g. the animal cutlery rest, to the larger ones, e.g. the Valentino red of the tables. Genuinely welcoming restaurateurs and staff with excellent eye-contact: you feel that they are looking at you as a person, as well as a customer. Quality ingredients, worth coming back for. At least €40 average ticket for a complete meal including the experience. Small hint for the venue: to sweeten the customer when the bill arrives, I would introduce a small design object (like the other fantastic ones you have for the venue) to contain the receipt and perhaps a chocolate/truffle as a present.
I spent some wonderful evenings at the Alfione during my stops in Parma. A truly enchanting place where you eat like God. Owners and staff who make you feel at home. The selection of wines is also excellent. I won't go too long with the explanations because this time they aren't necessary, the photos speak for themselves (unfortunately I forgot to photograph the artichokes, ABSOLUTELY worth trying... . From the cold cuts accompanied by the magnificent fried cakes, to the cutlet and the fillet with truffles... from the tortelli to the artichokes, I tried everything and was highly satisfied. Mandatory stop for anyone in Parma!

The staff is kind but evidently I ended up on the wrong day... the culatello was dry and the parmesan zabaglione tortelli only tasted of saffron which was not indicated in the ingredients of the dish...
