Bidrage med feedbackI would not recommend ordering delivery from this location. They use DoorDash as a third party, but if you experience any issues, you're out of luck. I ordered 2 dozen donuts and paid $52+ for two dozen to be delivered, only 1 came. I called them multiple times (5-6x) and no one answers their store phone number. The dasher asked me to call the store directly, but it was no use since they don't pick up their phone. The dasher ended up going back to the store so I could talk to them and the employee said they'd send my missing dozen over right away, but there must have been some breakdown in communication because my donuts never made it back with that dasher and he told me he had other orders to fulfill.I ended up calling Krispy Kreme's hotline after being on hold with their general for about 20 minutes, and received a partial refund for my missing donuts but it was not worth the trouble and hassle.
They sold me some stale doughnuts don't even look good did not eat them. I trew them away.
Shockingly, how small their donuts and apple fritters really are. I was absolutely shocked at the small size and the high price of $3.59 each for such a cheap product. The apple fritter was 4 x 4 1/2 by 3/4 thick. I looked at their specialty heart-shaped donuts, which looked to be around 3 inches by 2 and a half inches, for a whopping $3.09 each.I saw another donut shop directly across the street called Baker's. I purchased one of their Apple Fritters. It measured 5 1/2 x 6 by over 1 thick, and the cost was $2.95, This Krispy Kreme didn't have their espresso machine working to make a latte or mocha This place also had issues with the ceiling bubbling and flaking in the area where they prepared food over the work area. This is the first time and last time we go to a Krispy kreme donut shop. They sell cheap junk products. The new Dunkin Donuts only a couple of hundred yards away sells their donuts over a dollar cheaper(we don't like Dunkin donuts, because they too are smaller and cheaply made). I would say to do your own comparison by purchasing one from each place, but you'd be buying junk. Just walk into both places and decide for yourself. Don't waste your hard earned money on garbage. The light fritter is from Krispy kreme, and the dark one is from Baker's across the street.
This location is horrible. I thought I would hop in and get some donuts for my team and they absolutely had nothing available. I asked if they had a hot latte. They said yes. Pull up to be told they don't even have that. He asked me if I wanted a frozen coffee instead. It's absolutely freezing and I ordered a hot latte.Absolutely ridiculous
Awesome staff.. kind friendly and are always willing to help! Need more selection of donuts and more already made sugar-free donuts. Not everyone can eat sugar and wants to wait 5-6 minutes for sugar free on getting back to work time crunch!
