Olympia Masala - Parkville

My family adores Olympia and we order takeout from there at least once a month. Last night, I accidentally tried to order a breakfast item for dinner, not realizing that breakfast hours had already ended. The staff called me to politely inform me that I had missed the window and asked if I would like to order something else. I decided to just cancel my breakfast item and stick with the rest of the order. To my surprise, they called back and said they would still fulfill my entire order. The food was as delicious as always and arrived quickly, even on a Sunday night. I highly recommend dining at Olympia - you will never be disappointed!

I ordered a crab sub without any problems. However, about 15 minutes later, I received a call informing me that they were out of crab cakes and asking me to choose a substitute. I picked a lower-priced option and inquired about a refund for the price difference. I was told that the correction would be made that evening and I would see the adjustment the following day. Unfortunately, I was still charged the full amount. After calling again the next day, I was assured once more that the refund would be processed that evening, but it never happened. I advise against ordering from this restaurant as they seem to be dishonest and unresponsive to concerns about your order and money.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I typically get delivery, but this time my parents and I decided to dine in and, as usual, we were not disappointed. It was my parents' first time trying Indian cuisine, and they loved it so much that we will definitely be returning! The service was excellent, and we were able to sit and enjoy our meal for a while.

I order from this place ALL THE TIME ! Never had an issue until tonight, ordered delivery 16in pizza, 8 wings all drums well done and a cheesesteak sub 2ltr. The driver delivers the food but no pizza, oops they forgot ! Called the restaurant and theyassured me the pizza was being made and will be on the way, in the mist of unpacking the rest of the food we noticed the 8pcwings were BARELY cooked they were all flats! I called the restaurant a second time requesting a refund for the wings only,they were very rude and yelling no refund store credit only. After a slight argument we was told the driver was on the way withthe pizza and to hand the him the WINGS for the refund. Once the driver arrived he not only took the wings but did not deliverthe pizza, at that point I was told the whole order was cancelled and we get nothing. I assume this was because they wereclosing soon and didn?t want to handle the issue ??? I want you to know this was a HUGE Inconvenience especially when the mealwas for children !!!!!

Slowest pizza in the world. Better to call somewhere else or wait all day. Cashier told me 15 minutes but they didn?t start til I arrived. Then the cooks were fooling around in the back while my food was sitting getting cold. Took 30 minutes now I?m late.Just wouldn?t trust it again unless time is no matter
