Chinese Dragon - Park Ridge

The food here is consistently excellent, with a unique flavor that really stands out, especially the egg foo young—it's my favorite! I know this dish contains MSG, but it tastes fantastic. One day, I asked them to prepare my food without MSG, and they were upfront about the fact that this particular dish contains certain food enhancers. I appreciate their honesty, which is not something you see often these days. The restaurant could benefit from a modern and stylish update, which is why I'm not giving it five stars. However, I continue to order from here regularly despite that.

I absolutely love their shrimp rolls; you won't find anything like them anywhere else. The wonton soup is fantastic, and the owners are always willing to accommodate any customization I request. The food is consistently fresh and served piping hot, even with delivery.
